I'm Looking for a Way to loose Weight?While on Medication!

I have always been mostly slim my whole life.
Now that I'm older and on medication that cause weight gain... I have a issue.
I have always had a belly (LOL0
But now my belly/waist and Butt are really getting big!
That it flat out!
